Its goal is to emerge into a full entertainment company with an eye towards extracting and developing entertainers. 5 O'Clock Entertainment, Inc. is a privately-owned Florida corporation owned by Dwayne E. Golson and Crystal Hill-Murray.
The company has been in business since 2001. Originally founded as 5 O'Clock Music, Inc. In 2009, the named changed to 5 O'Clock Entertainment & Consulting, Inc. Restructured again in 2010 to simply 5 O'Clock Entertainment, Inc.

Dwayne "Boss" Golson, CEO/President
Dwayne Golson started 5 O'Clock Entertainment, Inc. as a record label, music artist development and consulting company devoted to extracting and exposing aspiring entertainers. His long-term goal is to create an educational program to give opportunities to educate youth on the entertainment industry and other careers within it. Mr. Golson says As the son of an educator and a preacher he was destined to teach." This parental combination has served as a motivation to work through ConnXions to achieve his goal of educating youth on the entertainment industry and the other opportunities within it.
As CEO, Mr. Golson develops and maintains the vision of 5 O’Clock, while overseeing the day to day operation, contract management, stregic parterships and allocation of resources. His passion is with discovering new talent while managing projects all they way to market.
His educational background is in the Communications and Information Technology fields with 14 years as project manager in the software development industry. He also gives back by sitting on the Board of Directors for Connxions. When speaking of the non-profit Connxions and 5 O'Clock, he states "While education is important, utilizing relationships forms a bridge that brings you closer to your goals. Seeing a person reach a personal goal is rewarding in itself, and that’s what we are doing here." As the son of an educator and a preacher he was destined to teach. This parental combination has served as a motivation to work through Connxions to achieve his goal of educating youth on the entertainment industry and the other opportunities within it. 5 O'Clock Entertainment is just the beginning.
Crystal "Mz Wurk" Hill-Murray, Vice President
Crystal has been actively involved in the entertainment industry for more than 10 years. Her diverse resume includes Philadelphia Radio MC appearances on WKDU 91.7FM, and WUSL Power 99 FM. As the VP and a founder of 5 O'Clock Entertainment Inc., she has overseen the development of the company’s production facilities and various other corporate aligning responsibilities. Crystal has a Bachelors degree in Business Mgt/ Marketing.
Crystal has spent 15 years in the Mortgage Industry Managing and Directing client portfolios also Real Estate Investing and has a very distinct formula for Business set-up and development which makes her experiences and backgrounds so intrigue to our company. Crystal was born and raised in Philadelphia, PA and has lived in traveled all over the United states abroad and other countries.
Crystal is currently active in the Hillsborough County School district. She previously served as President of NJROTC Booster Club, and has directed various fundraising events. Crystal is also a Licensed Travel Agent and Event Planner.
Crystal is Married to Marvin "Big Marv" Murray and has 2 children Jazmine, 18, and Marvin Murray Jr, 17.
