Akiese, born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio has been accustomed to the music and entertainment scene since the early age of 12. Throughout his years of growth, his vigor and drive has cultivated him into the luminary he is today. After relocating to Tampa, Florida Akiese quickly used his creative resources and partnered with 5 0’ Clock Entertainment (record label) and Axlyn (management). Akiese is currently in the studio recording his debut album “The Illumination”. Until the much anticipated release, you can hear his voice grace such records as “Tell The Dj”, “V.I.P” and “Ready To Go” (available on I-tunes) just to name a few. These producers all have major track placements under there belts with artist such as jim jones, yung burg, mims, ray jay, nufu da don, and juelz santana, and more.
The Tampa based singer / song-writer was thrust into music in 2010 by a family member who heard her singing. Brought around the recording studio, hearing her sing, LEGEND began to record choruses for local artist. Before long, producers were wanting to lend production to her to see what she would come up with. Overhearing a phone conversation while at work, found LEGEND expressing her talent to a client. That client was 5 O'Clock Entertainment's VP Crystal Hill-Murray, known as Mz Wurk. After hearing her demo, concluded that she would be a great fit for the 5 O'Clock family. So, the LEGEND begins...
